Cayman Islands, USVI look to make move in Group B

MIAMI, Florida – Group B of League C of the 2023-24 Concacaf Nations League returns on Tuesday at the Turman Bodden Sports Complex in George Town, Cayman Islands, as hosts Cayman Islands face US Virgin Islands. Each team sits on one point going into the encounter, meaning a full three points will be necessary to stay in the mix for a promotion place and get within striking distance of first-place Aruba, who have six points. Cayman Islands were in action twice during the September window and played to a 2-2 draw at USVI, before a late 2-1 defeat to Aruba. USVI squared off with Aruba this past Saturday in a 3-1 win for Aruba. USVI got their goal from Naqwan Henry and will hope he and the rest of his UVI teammates can put the Cayman Islands defense to the test. It is also a chance for USVI to snap their six-match winless skid in CNL play.
