Coaching Education

Coaching education within the U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation (USVISF) focuses on developing skilled and knowledgeable coaches who can foster the growth of soccer at all levels. These education initiatives are designed to equip coaches with the latest techniques, tactics, and strategies while emphasizing player development, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment. Through continuous education, the USVISF aims to strengthen the

overall quality of soccer in the Virgin Islands, ensuring that

coaches are well-prepared to mentor players effectively

and enhance the sport's reach in the community.

CONCACAF
D LICENSE

The CONCACAF D License is a significant coaching qualification within the Confederation of North, Central American, and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) region. It is the first Step in Coaching Certification. The D License is the initial step in the CONCACAF coaching certification pathway. It is recognized throughout the Caribbean, North, and Central American regions.

The CONCACAF C Diploma

(formerly the C License) is the entry-level course in the CONCACAF Advanced Coach Education pathway, designed to prepare coaches for grassroots and developmental soccer, and it's a crucial step for coaches aspiring to manage teams in regional competitions.
